The FFORNE project has over 1600 hectares of farm native hardwood plantations up to 12 years of age. The majority of these plantations are owned by the landowner, yet the trend is changing. As private forestry becomes a viable land use for farms, joint venture projects are possible, matching investors and landowners.
FFORNE members have the experience to grow magnificent trees for shelter, quality timber and carbon sequestration. FFORNE can arrange all details, contact Graeme Stoney 0428 576 090 or by e-mail.
